Indian real estate risk assessment platform, Zippserv, has launched the 'Group Buy' platform, among the first of its kind in the Indian real estate sector. The safeguard property investment platform created this project to leverage power of discount for homebuyers and remove any unnecessary information that could confuse the consumer.

The platform would be a free product for the home buyers that is designed to promote and create transparency for open dialogue and honest negotiation.
