Zillow to Meet Unemployment Problem with New Atlanta Hub

August 12, 2020

Unemployment in America is at an all-time high. At the beginning of the pandemic, one of the first moves companies made was to implement large-scale layoffs and furloughs to cut costs where they could. Americans are still dealing with the result of this knee-jerk reaction. One company is working to remedy it.

Zillow is going on a hiring spree in Dunwoody outside of Atlanta, GA. The real estate giant said it would bring in 200 jobs to the town, most of which will be under the Zillow Offers product.

Dunwoody Mayor Lynn Deutsch said in a statement:

“Our skilled workforce is a great fit for a company like Zillow. We are excited about the new energy Zillow will bring to the Dunwoody Perimeter Market.”

Zillow has yet to announce when this new office will be open but we will keep you updated.
