Wikicasa to Offer Free Credit Counseling with Facile.it Mortgage and Loans Partnership

June 24, 2021

Italian proptech platform, Wikicasa, has just announced a strategic partnership with Facile.it Mortgage and Loans, allowing the network of financial advisors to offer credit counseling and mediation services to Wikicasa consumers.

Wikicasa has a goal to make its offerings the best in the country by bringing services to its users that encompass more than just searching for property. With this agreement, consumers will be able to receive an estimate on their mortgage and then be connected to a Facile.it Mortgage and Loans expert to aid them in finishing the process for free. Facile.it Mortgage and Loans is a subsidiary of Facile.it, a leading provider of insurance, loans, mortgages, comparisons, and rates for internet, electricity, and telephone services.

On the agreement, Pietro Pellizzari, CEO of Wikicasa, said:

"The partnership with Facile.it enriches and speeds up our users' real estate search, directing them towards solutions in line with their financial capacity and speeding up, already in the research phase, the pre- qualification. In a market that has never stopped, such as real estate, it is essential to facilitate access to credit in order not to lose momentum.”

Wikicasa’s young team of professionals mixes well with Facile.it Mortgage and Loans team of experts to bring an easier, more transparent way to buy and finance a home for the up and coming generations.

Together, the two entities offer both digital and physical networks for users to tap into to make the smartest decisions when it comes to buying a home.

Daniela Zancan, Managing Director Stores & Facile.it Mortgages and Loans, explained:

"This partnership represents a great opportunity both for the collaborators of our territorial network, who will have the opportunity to offer their consultancy to an increasingly wider pool of people and for users who are looking for a home online and who can choose to rely on one of our professionals to identify the most suitable financing solution.”

Wikicasa facilitates over 12 million unique users a year and is the first Italian real estate portal with purely professionally driven ads. Wikicasa brings together the two four real estate groups in the country, including Gabetti, Tecnocasa, Tempocasa and RE / MAX, along with over 10,000 independent operators within the market.
