The 24th Property Portal Watch Conference was held in November, in Spain’s capital city, where a record 400 attendees from 48 countries convened at the Novotel Center, to address key issues facing their businesses.

Over the course of three days, some of the top names in online property classifieds and marketplaces witnessed 40+ speakers from around the world present on this year's theme of "From Classifieds to Marketplaces."

Among the presenters was Nicolas Guillaud de Saint-Ferréol, CEO of Apimo, who also had a one-on-one interview with industry leader and founder of Property Portal Watch, Simon Baker.

Apimo offers an innovative web-based solution to thousands of real estate agents worldwide. Apimo's strong suits: easy to use, a complete network and multilingual management.

In his interview with Guillaud, Baker addressed his presentation at the Conference, where Guillaud highlighted Google, Apple, Facebook and Amazon's involvement in the property realm, and whether this was now a challenge or an opportunity to companies.
