The 25th Property Portal Watch Conference was held March, in Thailand’s capital city, where 180 attendees from 35 countries convened at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, to address key issues facing their businesses.

Over the course of three days, some of the top names in online property classifieds and marketplaces witnessed speakers from around the world.

Among the featured speakers was Justin Sway from ShweProperty.com, who also had a one-on-one interview with industry leader and founder of Property Portal Watch, Simon Baker.

As one of the largest and most recognized online real estate portals in Myanmar, ShweProperty.com handles 200,000 listings, 35,000 sales inquiries per month, and 70+ staff members.

ShweProperty.com, is a hybrid model property portal which also processes transaction sales, selling numerous properties on behalf of developers.

Baker asked Sway to outline how ShweProperty.com sources its properties.
