Early last month, OnlineMarketplaces.com reported that the World Series of Golf Inc. had launched a new app to facilitate the investment of property ownership for the vacation sector. Vaycaychella offers a streamlined way to find deals on properties, connecting investors with property owners and aid in the building of better real estate portfolios.

CEO William "Bill" Justice said that interest and overall performance of the app are going strong and is anticipating a revenue target of $100 million in its first year, which he recently announced to investors.

Vaycaychella is unique in that its main goal is to offer an easy-to-use app for building real estate portfolios while also offering an avenue between investors and owners for them to continue business down the road- something that sets it apart from its competitors.

What Vaycaychell offers its own investors is that its business model sets up a significant source of revenue for the company from users who complete transactions and interacting through the platform, itself. Justice explained that because these deals start in the hundreds of thousands range, and because these figures are based on the percentage of sales, revenue will ramp up quickly.
