Loop Software and VaPal Network have recently integrated to reduce administration and optimize valuation opportunities for agents.

With this partnership, The ValPal Network's top-of-the-line valuation tool is directly integrated with Loop Software's CRM, meaning when agents using both ValPal and Loop to generate a request, the lead goes straight into their CRM. This also allows agents to take swift action on opportunities, saving valuable time.

Agents using Loop Software's full functionality, like its prospecting and market intelligence systems, can benefit from being able to automatically send leads which could increase changes of conversion.

Furthermore, when an agent opens a lead in the CRM, they will be provided with all of the recent market data for the property, including when it was last on the market and for how long.

Craig Vile, Director of The ValPal Network, said:

“This partnership is all about providing agents with a speedy and effective way to deal with online valuation leads. By having leads delivered directly to their CRM, agents can strike at the optimum time and increase their chances of securing all-important market appraisals.

“It also eliminates double-keying, saving agents time and helping them to avoid unnecessary and repetitive administration work.

“The functionality of Loop Software’s product is supremely impressive and its prospecting system, for example, can provide agents with a wealth of information which can help them to stand out to prospective clients.

“With partnerships like these, we’re aiming to maximize the impact of instant online valuations with no extra work for our members.”

Agents continue to benefit from proptech innovation

The companies agree that the partnership reinforces the idea that proptech suppliers collaborating to streamline the process for agents is a valuable asset.

The two companies have also been nominated for the Most Collaborative Proptech award at the 2019 UK Proptech Awards.

"We're committed to working with the best industry suppliers to help provide our members with access to services which save them time and value to our existing products.

“As we approach 2020, there is no reason why any supplier should be operating in isolation. We've got first-hand experience of how collaborations are helping agents to remain successful in a challenging market.”

Claire Owen, Loop Founder Director, adds:

“Collaboration is at the heart of our business, both with our own customers and with other best in class suppliers. We see partnerships and software integrations as fundamental to next generation platforms and believe that technology should displace administrative tasks to enable estate agents to focus on building trusted relationships with consumers.

“We are delighted to offer Loop users a seamless integration with ValPal’s instant online valuation tool which, together, removes the need for manual data entry or duplication and captures every lead automatically.”
