Ukraine’s real estate market has been led by Address.ua for a number of years. The portal sees over 30,000 property owner requests a month and is leading the CPA model in the market.

Address.ua has more news along those lines. In October, revenue increased eight-fold year-over-year. Impressive news amongst the pandemic and all its hurdles the real estate industry has had to face because of it.

Ukrainian real estate development company, Kievgorstroy, said that in Q4 of 2019, the share percentage of requests from Address.ua amounted to 10.9%, a higher percentage than its competitors.

Real estate company, REAL, said Address.ua was the “most efficient platform” when it comes to generating leads when compared to its competitors.

In September, Address.ua went through a rebranding of its website. Along with changing the logo and some other cosmetics, the portal updated its key values to reflect the direction it is going towards. Address.ua looks to be the most convenient, informative, and interesting real estate tool for Ukrainians.

Maxim Shkolnick, Founder of Address.ua portal said:

“The Covid-19 pandemic and the collateral effect of the lockdown in Ukraine led to the fact that developers are ten times more alert with the cost of calls. The market is undergoing a transformation. Developers began to actively measure the cost of calls, and, as a result, they began to abandon CPM and CPC models in favor of CPA. This became the key factor in choosing Address.ua portal among the leaders of the construction market in Ukraine, as one of the main sources of lead generation.”
