Truli Technologies, Inc. announces rebranding as Recruiter.com

Truli Technologies, Inc., a development stage technology company specializing in recruitment software, is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved a change of the Company’s corporate name to Recruiter.com Group, Inc.  The Company has submitted with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) a notification of the corporate name change. In conjunction with the name change, the Company has also applied for a new trading symbol that would better suit the new name of the Company.

“Pending clearance from FINRA, we look forward to building our company with the exceptional brand of Recruiter.com,” stated Miles Jennings, CEO of the Company. “We believe that this name and symbol rebranding is a positive milestone for the Company as we move forward after our recent asset acquisition and merger.”
