Triptease is delighted to announce that the Triptease Platform has been named as the Best Direct Booking Tool for hotels at the Hotel Tech Awards 2020.

Based on real-life feedback and customer reviews from over 40,000 hoteliers on HotelTechReport, this award is a testament to the value the platform offers hotels around the world. The Triptease team is delighted to receive the accolade and mark yet another step in its direct booking revolution.

The best part of winning an award like this one is hearing from the hoteliers who took the time to give Triptease feedback over the past year. It's something the team takes incredibly seriously, and it's vital to our product development process - as showcased in a recent article. Triptease is very proud to be helping hoteliers to grow their direct revenue, and would like to thank everyone who left a review. A few of the highlights included:

Resort General Manager, Resort in Alpine (United States)

"Triptease is an excellent platform to drive bookings. Easy to use. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are getting value and able to clearly understand how to get the most out of it."

Revenue Manager, Resort in St. Helena (United States)

"I love how innovative Triptease is, they are always altering their product and implementing client feedback."

Director of Sales & Marketing, Boutique in Melbourne (Australia)

"Triptease has assisted us to maintain a strong direct conversion. [Targeted Messages] has allowed us to communicate with guests booking on desktop and [Price Check] allows the guest to know they are always getting the best rates."

The 2019 marked was one of the biggest years yet in the history of Triptease, with the launch of our innovative new Retargeting product, the runaway success of its Meta solution and a comprehensive new rebrand across the platform. However, the biggest success over the past twelve months has been bringing these powerful tools together into the one direct booking platform for hotels: helping hotels attract and convert high-value guests by connecting their data and offering engaging full-funnel experiences. With Google growing in influence and OTAs continuing to assert their dominance on the travel industry, it's more important than ever for hotels to have a comprehensive, connected direct booking strategy across their digital presence.

The 'Best Direct Booking Tools' title at the Hotel Tech Awards shows we've made great strides towards making our vision a reality. However, Triptease knows there is still more to be done. With some revolutionary features in the pipeline for 2020, alongside some major updates to its existing portfolio in the works, it's an exciting time to be a Triptease client - and we're honored to have our excellent direct booking community help shape our vision for the future of hospitality.
