TalentLaunch welcomes Doug Dandurand as new President

TalentLaunch, a network of independently-operated staffing and recruitment firms, recently announced Doug Dandurand as President. In this role, Dandurand will be responsible for the overall strategy and growth of TalentLaunch's network companies.

Previously, Mr. Dandurand was the President of Advantage Resourcing North America, a $430M staffing company owned by Recruit Holdings. By effectively leading five divisions through a significant strategic refocus, he was able to consistently exceed financial targets and led Advantage Resourcing to several industry awards including ranking 8th out of 250 companies in Forbes Magazine inaugural ranking of America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms.

In addition, Mr. Dandurand was a Partner and President - East Region for EmployBridge, one of the largest staffing companies in the United States, where his proven leadership and commitment to results played a key role in the company’s year-over-year industry leading growth. He has also held several leadership positions with international staffing firms, including Oxford Global Resources, Randstad US, and Robert Half International.
