With the help of Talentcube, companies have the opportunity to invite their candidates to apply using a video-based application, or to offer a video application as a bonus to normal submissions for job ads.
Thus, an authentic first impression of the candidates can be generated even before the interview. The previous process was limited to answering three questions previously defined by the company. In addition, there is now also the option to attach a CV and important documents after the submission, and to send the application via the app or PC to the company.
Starting now, the recruiting software offers even more customization options in the process flow: the classic process of defining the three questions has now been expanded.

Businesses now have the opportunity to define up to five questions to answer their candidates via video, as well as choose a variable response time.
As the founders put it, the video aspect is still the foreground, but up to five additional text questions can be supplemented as well. If the company prefers to include a selection question in the process, it now also has the option to do so.
The application process is still done via the app - interestingly, however, users will witness a large visual change going forward. The app no longer appears in the usual color scheme, but instead adapts to the corporate identity and branding of the respective company. The candidate is in turn engaged from the beginning with the look and feel of the company, creating a greater sense of identification with the company before the application is even completed.
