Suumo Ranked #1 Property Marketplace in Japan—For The 8th Year In a Row

Suumo.jp has been ranked the number one real estate marketplace in Japan for the eighth year in a row.

Research company Oricon Inc. conducted a survey of over 3,000 users of real estate sites in Japan, with findings showing that Suumo had the most popular platform due to its special features, ease of use, property information and search function.

Suumo topped the charts with a score of 71.0, ahead of Homes.co.jp and AtHome.co.jp, which both scored 69.4.

Suumo also leads the way in terms of traffic—according to Similarweb, Suumo.jp leads the way ahead of Lifull's Homes.co.jp and AtHome.co.jp:
