Surga Central and CommercialReady Enter Strategic Partnership

In the commercial real estate world, Australian proptech platform Surga Central has announced an integration feed with Ready Media Group’s CommercialReady, a commercial property portal. 

With this partnership, commercial agencies working with Surga Central can feed their sales and lease listings through CommercialReady.

Nick Materia, CEO of Ready Media Group said:

“This will now allow key commercial agency groups across Australia to showcase their commercial assets to our highly targeted and engaged database of savvy property investors who actively use our portal to source commercial opportunities. This partnership will not only benefits agencies, but it will also benefit their vendors.”

CommercialReady is a Melbourne based commercial portal for investors, vendors, and tenants to list and search for office buildings and spaces. 

Surga Central is a proptech company with a cloud-based sales and marketing platform providing for Australia’s commercial real estate sector. 

Commenting on the partnership, Danny Clark, Partner at Gross Waddell, one of the first agencies to begin utilizing the technology, said:
