Regardless of the hardships brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, companies are still finding ways to continue business as usual. There have been a number of real estate companies around the world that have been able to sinch partnerships and make strategic agreements amidst the current market crisis.

Sotheby's International Realty has announced that it is the exclusive launch sponsor of a new real estate portal on Expansión, a business publication that covers finance, technology, arts, and lifestyle. Expansión has an impressive audience of over 15 million users.

Brad Nelson, Chief Marketing Officer of Sotheby's International Realty, explained that the move is to stretch the global exposure of Sotheby’s listings

"The affiliation with Expansión not only promotes our exciting properties to a luxury and business audience, it also builds on our history of encouraging technological advancement in the real estate industry in global markets."

The agreement has a lifespan of one year, during which Sotheby’s International Realty will maintain exclusivity for the real estate portal, directing site traffic and facilitating the launch of the new real estate platform. This will be promoted across not only Expansión, but Elle Decor, Quién, Obras, and Life and Style via digital and print mediums.
