Seresco and Imaginarium announces new partnership to streamline HR and payroll

Seresco, leading Spanish company in payroll and human resources management, incorporates Imaginarium to its client portfolio. The Zaragoza store will outsource its payroll and personnel management services thanks to Milena, the Seresco software that already manages more than 2.5 million payrolls, serving the over 500 employees that the company has throughout the world and allowing them to maintain a relationship with a single partner internationally. In addition to outsourcing payroll management, Seresco will offer the Spanish company centralized information on the retail sector environment and automate the processes of its stores in Portugal and Greece.

The Milena cloud platform will also allow the integration of data centered in Zaragoza. To do this, Seresco will have specialists from the different countries in which the chain operates, allowing the company to devote its local resources to efforts of greater added value for its employees. In addition, all management will be carried out through automation and through a single interlocutor, offering in the same way the maximum guarantee in terms of legality.

"Our collaboration began when we came up with the need to outsource payroll in some of the countries where we have our stores, countries whose regulations and procedures were very different from ours, and therefore we were completely unaware," said Paula Casorrán, Head of the Department of Imaginarium Human Resources.

The Milena-Seresco platform offers its payroll and human resources administration and management services through a wide variety of modules that will allow Imaginarium employees to self-manage their labor information, and the human resources team to manage all their personnel. All this is thanks to a portal that creates employee accessibility in an interactive way that allows Imaginarium talent to consult their payroll receipts and withholding certificates, or modify their personal data. Thus, the human resources manager of the company can focus on tasks of greater value, speeding up communication and improving the productivity of this department.
