SecureLink receives accolades from DecisionWise with Employee Engagement Best Practice Award

SecureLink, the leader in vendor privileged access management (VPAM), announced it received the Employee Engagement Best Practice Award for 2020 by DecisionWise for exemplifying best practices in employee engagement.

SecureLink was one of four companies to receive the award within DecisionWise's small enterprise category.

"Receiving recognition for employee engagement validates our strong commitment to recruiting the best and brightest talent, giving them the tools they need to succeed, and then working hard to ensure we have fun along the way," said Lexi Jones, VP of Peeps for SecureLink. 

The DecisionWise award results were analyzed by measuring the number of fully engaged, key contributor, opportunity group, and disengaged employees in each organization using a set of employee engagement anchor questions. Those organizations with the most fully engaged and key contributor employees were eligible to receive the award. Final winners were confirmed by evaluating the overall culture of the organization as well as best practices and company initiatives that contributed to the scores.
