AVIV Group has launched a new product across its SeLoger and Logic-Immo portals as well as its Meilleurs Agents AVM and agent profiling platform.
The idea behind the new Ultimmo marketing product is not only to drum up seller leads for agents in a market with scant inventory but also to put agents' brands in front of potential future sellers. Caroline Evans de Gantès, Managing Director of AVIV France told MySeetImmo.com:
“Professionals are no longer just asking for mandates but they are also looking to be more and more visible to buyers. As an essential partner for professionals for more than 30 years, it was necessary for us to offer them a global offer that meets their current needs"
Ultimmo is essentially a visibility package for agents that is integrated across the three AVIV Group platforms which displays an agent's brand more prominently in key spots across all three sites.
Meanwhile, AVIV Group's agent-backed competitor, the number #3 player Bien'Ici has also announced a new tool.
According to an interview with the French industry publication Immomatin, the 'Last Lots' package has been designed to help developers in the primary real estate sector sell off the last remaining lots in a new development.
The portal's Head of Marketing Phillipe de Ligniville told the publication that the French primary sector had seen a significant slowdown with listings volumes down between 20-30% since the start of the year. The last few properties in a development can be hard for promoters to sell off even with significant marketing spend.
Last Lots is a marketing package that includes both premium placement on the Bien'Ici portal, email targetting and listing enhancement products such as 3d tours and virtual staging. The listing enhancements are done through Bien'Ici's Habiteo listing tech company which the portal acquired earlier this year.
