Rightmove Data Services will provide market data to Searchland, a development site sourcing platform.
Rightmove's insights will offer developers real-time data about how the market is performing before moving ahead with developments for new-build, existing and rental properties.
Searchland already provides automated results covering strategic land data, planning applications, ownership records, sold price comparables, planning constraints, and more.
The addition of live and historical data will provide "a huge benefit" for those working within the social housing and build-to-rent sectors, while data for retirement homes and auction trends will also be provided.
Simon Dawson, director at Rightmove Data Services and Insights, said:
"We understand how important it is for developers to have accurate and contemporary information when appraising development sites. This relationship highlights our dedication to enhancing the property development landscape and providing superior data in the easiest-to-use format."
