Looking to hold onto its spot at the top of the rental sector in Australia, Rent.com.au (RENT) has launched a new rental product that rewards consumers for utilizing its services.

RENT CEO, Greg Bader said:

“We believe there’s a lot to love about renting. For those who choose to rent, our audacious goal is simple; to make renting an awesome alternative to homeownership.”

A good chunk of the Australian real estate market is aimed at homeownership, but there are considerably fewer portals focused exclusively on the rental sector. Meaning RENT has a niche and it’s putting everything into keeping its claim on its spot.

Bader further explained:

“RENT has been in a unique position of being totally focused on renting. We've always worked hard to give all parties greater control over the process, whether that’s delivering property managers access to more engaged renters or enabling renters to feel more supported and optimistic about renting."

Working congruently, RENT has rebranded to refresh its identity, as well. Bader said:

"We hope our new brand purpose and identity continues to reinforce our commitment to making renting awesome with all of our stakeholders, current, and future.”
