Realtor.com has reported strong growth in traffic, engagement, and search visibility on a new blog post, citing recent data from Comscore and SEMrush.
In March 2025, Realtor.com recorded 239 million site visits, representing a 29% share of the real estate portal market. The company narrowed the gap with its largest competitor, Zillow, by 9 % over the past six months, while also strengthening its lead over Homes.com and Redfin. Realtor.com said it now has a traffic advantage of 3.7x over Homes.com and 2.7x over Redfin.
Site engagement remains a key strength. Realtor.com led the category with an average of 4.5 visits per visitor, based on Comscore data. In organic search visibility, Realtor.com held a 23.4% share according to SEMrush, and reduced the SEO gap with Zillow by 10% since December. Realtor.com also maintained a tenfold SEO advantage over Homes.com.
Recent platform updates include the introduction of affordability filters for buyers, enhanced listing visuals, AI-powered home recommendations, and new tools for sellers to monitor property value and connect with agents. As a subsidiary of News Corp, Realtor.com benefits from amplified presence on high-traffic sites like The Wall Street Journal, MarketWatch, and the New York Post.
