iBuying is huge in the States. This is due in part by the ease and simplicity the process is for sellers, but also because some of the biggest names in the market offer these services. Realtor.com is now among that list.

The company has announced that it is launching a seller’s marketplace. This specific marketplace allows sellers a hub to search for offers for their homes from iBuyers like Opendoor, EasyKnock, HomeGo, and WeBuyHouses.com

This is slightly different than the usual iBuyer model but is still an avenue for sellers to find the best offers for their homes as quickly and easily as possible.

Even more specifically, Opendoor had a hand in developing the process. The partnership with realtor.com is Opendoor’s second partnership after Redfin that offered the same service.
