In the news of proptech, property portals aren’t the only ones clambering to develop solutions for the problems arising from market uncertainty. Proptech companies are answering the call as well.
CRE Collaborative, a real estate property data and technology market network, has announced the launch of a new program that offers members under commercial real estate associations (National and Regional Real Estate Associations across the US and Canada), a gateway to the spectrum of technological capabilities that CRE Collaborative offers.
The company has held a number of free webinars to help associates better plan the next couple of months, and now its offering the online workshops to a bigger audience.
Through these webinars (dubbed the CRE Technology Enablement webinars), viewers are offered market insights to aid in better judgment making, editing for efficiency, marketing tips, and keeping up to date with the latest proptech solutions the market has to offer.
CRE Collaborative Inc. CEO, Andreas Senie, said:
“The commercial real estate industry is built on shaking hands, the more hands we shake, the stronger our network, the more deals we can transact. Technologies must also shake hands. The more relationships and the broader the strength of our networks, both physical and digital, the more business we can transact. Commercial real estate is a relationship business, and it always will be.”
CRE Collaborative’s goal is to continue its work as being a source of empowerment for real estate professionals through its CRECo.ai platform, a portal connecting the industry from start to finish.
The COVID-19 virus has done a number on companies across all verticals and all industries. With businesses grounding to a halt, revenue on the downward tick, and the safety of consumers and staff on the minds of the higher-ups, innovation is the glue keeping a semblance of normalcy.
