PropertyNews.pl has developed a new platform to answer the need within the Polish market for a real estate hub that connects to PropertyNews.pl’s almost 300,000 monthly users. Called PropertyStock.pl, the platform will tap into the parts of the market that need a more online avenue for real estate transactions, offering over 4,500 real estate sales and rental listings, currently.

Michał Stępień, Associate, Savills Investment Advisory Department, explained:

“The pandemic brings completely new risks, has an unknown time horizon. Investment opportunities are already appearing on the market. Some owners, determined to exit their investments, are willing to accept lower and lower prices. However, this does not apply to every sector.”

PropertyStock.pl looks to fill these specific places. It already has a number of offers in the office leasing sector, locating in both new office buildings and smaller properties in more rural areas.

The startup has plans to expand into new markets as it continues to grow.
