PropertyGuru Group has put out feelers for a new lead to head MyPropertyData’s marketing department. MyPropertyData is a Kuala Lumpur-based analytics and insights provider for the real estate sector, utilizing a number of criteria to help a consumer along their purchasing journey.

In this role, the marketing lea will work with MyPropertyData’s leadership team, overseeing designs, marketing strategy efficiency, and budget while collaborating with the director of sales to meet target numbers. The lead will also be responsible for developing and driving growth plans and business opportunities.

PropertyGuru Group had acquired the platform back in November of last year. Manav Kamboj, PropertyGuru’s CTO explained that both companies are working towards a more transparent property sector in Malaysia. PropertyGuru pledges to greatly invest in MyPropertyData within the next few months, aiding in hiring data scientists, engineers, product managers, and sales and marketing experts.
