An expert in the temporary job market for almost 15 years, PIXID has made quite the observation: 25% of temp assignments aren't filled, proving the mismatch between the supply and the demand for employment. It is to help temporary employment agencies and all those involved in flexible work in their recruitment operations that PIXID has embarked on the development of functionalities linked to sourcing. The objective? To find the right candidates more efficiently and thus reduce the number of vacated assignments.
The first tests began in September 2019 for employment agencies and large companies, particularly in the catering and events sector where the needs of temporary staff are very high. All of them have the objective of being able to “transform” and “industrialize” the sourcing processes of candidates to adapt to variations in their activity.
Adding the sourcing dimension to our solution transforms the flexible job market. The balance between demand and supply is very imperfect and the players do not have an effective tool in the flexible work segment, this is our added value. By integrating sourcing, we intervene in a fluid way, without disruption in the process: expression of the need for recruitment, matching need/candidates and finally contractualization - a real innovation for our market!

Recent acquisitions and integration of the teams Amris (English ATS publisher), Carerix (Dutch recruiting solutions and international ATS publisher), and Job Minute (platform of candidates who register independently and pro-actively for short assignments), have made it possible to strengthen the group's expertise in sourcing and matching for the better.
New features and an improved user experience
The PIXID Sourcing solution notably offers the following new features:
By integrating them into its myPixid platform, PIXID offers a 100% integrated and digital experience, from the search for candidates to their administrative management. In particular, offering secure contract management, electronic signatures, and pay slips integrated into the government scheme of the CPA (Personal Activity Account).
This service is also fully accessible on mobile. In a context of the "talent war" where responsiveness is one of the key factors for successful recruiting, the smartphone has become an essential tool and the shortest means of communication between a recruiter and a candidate.
In parallel, PIXID continues its development and is gradually integrating into an ecosystem of technological partners which will allow it to embark on innovative complementary services to optimize operations and recruitment techniques (CV parsing, video interview, artificial intelligence, etc). These innovations are part of a more global strategy called "TTM" for "Total Talent Management": the ambition to develop a global and European solution, a digital hub for agencies and companies to recruit and manage talent, in a way permanent or temporary.
