Juwai IQI has just announced the opening of a new office in Phuket, Thailand. The Thai market is a promising one. With a number of Asian real estate companies keeping their eyes on Thailand, Juwai IQI is heading the bandwagon with this new hub.
Juwai IQI Executive Chairman Georg Chmiel said:
“By expanding our Thai footprint from Bangkok to include Phuket, we cover two of the most important markets for property sales in the country.”
Nasupha Suwansri, Vice President of IQI Phuket, said:
“For the real estate industry in Phuket, Juwai IQI offers three huge advantages: its brand, technology, and international scope.”
Daniel Ho, IQI’s Group Managing Director, explained that the move to launch an office in Phuket will establish the province as an international player.
According to Ho, foreign buyers account for around 90% of condo sales in Phuket. Not surprising considering its an island with some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
We can give developers the full, end-to-end package, from online marketing to closing the sale almost without regard to where the buyer is actually located,” Ho said. “This is especially important today, given the disruptions COVID-19 has caused.”
Juwai IQI is confident in its ability to help the new Phuket office establish itself as a gateway to the rest of Asia through Juwai IQI’s proptech, processes, and the support of its global team.
IQI Global Group CEO Kashif Ansari said:
“We believe Phuket has an extremely bright future as an expat haven and tourist destination. It is one of the most exciting locations in the world. We want to be part of its further growth and success in 2021 and beyond.”
The IQI Phuket office joins other recent news for the company, including expansion into India and Pakistan, and a boost in its Singaporean agent’s team.
