PeopleFluent is recognized by the 2019 Fosway 9-Grid™as a market leader in learning solutions for providing a strong suite of capabilities. Fosway 9-Grid™ is a model developed by leading European HR analyst firm, Fosway Group, for organizations to compare and understand different solutions and providers in a selected market segment.

The independent analysis of the learning systems market identified PeopleFluent as a Core Leader for its breadth of learning management and next-generation learning processes.

The honor comes on the heels of NetDimensions’ 2018 merger with PeopleFluent’s talent management offerings to form a core part of a newly created learning suite, PeopleFluent Learning. The PeopleFluent product suite also includes talent management and talent acquisition products and is complemented by authoring and video solutions provided by gomo learning technology.

“We are honored that Fosway Group recognized PeopleFluent’s momentum to create a market-leading end-to-end talent management t suite with learning at its heart,” said Stephen Bruce, Managing Director of PeopleFluent. “We have been able to offer enhanced global support to customers and increase LMS solutions to personalize learning, foster collaboration and manage compliance for employees, clients, partners, and suppliers.”

NetDimensions LMS is the only learning management vendor focused on delivering integrated solutions to global organizations in high-consequence industries where operational and compliance requirements are critical to business operations. NetDimensions LMS supports more than 40 languages.

Fosway 9-Grid™ is based on Fosway Group’s independent research in the HR, talent and learning market throughout the past 20 years, and draws on insight and experience of its Corporate Research Network. The Corporate Research Network is a group of HR and learning professionals, who among them represent more than 150 of Europe’s leading companies.

“PeopleFluent Learning is an interesting new proposition in Learning Systems, bringing together the strong pedigree of NetDimensions with the talent management dimensions of PeopleFluent,” said David Wilson, CEO of Fosway Group. “We look forward to watching the ongoing integration and innovation as it consolidates its new brand and position in the market.”
