Ovidiu Solomonov is joining Aviv as the Group's new Chief Operating Officer.
Solomonov's experience includes several roles at Adevinta, where he was senior vice president for European markets for three years and COO for European markets for six months.
Announcing the appointment on LinkedIn, Aviv said:
"Ovidiu has spent the last years transforming & leading large-scale businesses. His experience at Adevinta—where he drove growth, improved profitability, and reshaped operating models—makes him the right leader to help us accelerate execution and drive real impact."
He also worked for Daft and Wilhaben, both under the Adevinta conglomerate. Other roles include four years at Schibsted, McKinsey and KPMG.
Miguel Ángel Alemany has stepped down as CEO of Pisos.com following the marketplace’s sale to Italy-based Immobiliare.it by former owner Grupo Vocento. His departure marks the end of a 17-year tenure, during which he helped establish Pisos.com as a key player in Spain’s real estate classifieds sector.
In a LinkedIn post on March 24, Alemany reflected on his time at the company, saying, "I can only wish the best to everyone at pisos.com."
Alemany is reportedly set to be replaced by Indomino España CEO Fernando Pinillos. Indomino is part of the same group of companies as Immobiliare.it in what would be an internal management shakeup.
Berlin-based general goods marketplace Kleinanzeigen has appointed Dr. Kristina Stroedter as head of category management, where she will be leading the category strategy with cross-functional collaboration, the company posted on LinkedIn.
According to her LinkedIn profile, Stroedter has worked in category management, strategic account direction, and business development. Prior to joining Kleinanzeigen, she was the co-founder and managing director of TeamSports.AI, a digital solutions provider for sports and lifestyle communities.
For seven years before that, Stroedter worked for Nike, finishing her tenure there as business director for clubs, federations, and players. Earlier in her career, she worked as a consultant for The Boston Consulting Group and Vivaldi Partners.
Kleinanzeigen, which is owned by Norway-based Adevinta, has more than 50 million listings and over 36 million monthly users.
REA India—the parent company of Housing.com, PropTiger and Makaan.com—has appointed Amit Chand as CFO.
Amit will join REA India’s Executive Leadership Team and oversee key functions including finance, risk assurance, legal and compliance, and procurement.
Amit previously served as CFO at TCNS Clothing.

Zhuang Jiandong, co-president of 58.com and CEO of its real estate vertical Anjuke, is set to retire, according to dsb.cn. His departure would mark the end of a 17-year tenure at 58.com.
Zhuang joined 58.com in 2007 and was promoted to senior vice president in 2015, overseeing real estate operations after Anjuke merged with 58.com. He later led the integration of Ganji.com into the company. In 2018, he became co-president of 58.com Group, expanding his oversight to real estate, automotive, and other business units.
Li Zijian, currently vice president of 58 Group, is expected to take over as president of Anjuke.
