OPENonline announces updates and revamps for its SelectHire platform

Leading background screening provider for clients across the glob, OPENonline, has recently announced a series of upgrades for its main platform, SelectHire, and will give users immediate access to the new tools as soon as they go up.

Some of the new features of the release include: 

• New ordering screens to provide an updated user experience.
• Easier navigation and order status views.
• Improved mobile capabilities, including SMS/text delivery for Applicant Direct users.

"Our clients have spoken, and we have truly listened. We reviewed the feedback we received and put a great deal of thought into what enhancements we implemented," shared Tammie Freshley, Executive Director of Customer Operations and Compliance.

OPENonline understands how important it is for our customers to automate and streamline as many aspects of the workflow as possible, so we will continue to add new features and enhancements to further simplify the screening process and manage our customers' unique organizational structures. In addition to these valuable enhancements, OPENonline recently added an Employment Social Media Screening solution to its portfolio of products.

In 2017, OPENonline celebrated 25 years of servicing employers across the globe in every industry.

While 2018 was a great year for OPENonline, 2019 is already shaping up to be just as exciting!
