OnTheMarket to hold AGM in July

July 7, 2022

OnTheMarket has announced that it will hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 26.

The AGM will cover topics including financial results, with the company reporting strong performance in the year to 31 January 2022.

OTM reported an operating profit for the year of roughly £2.6m (£2.4m in 2021), and expects group revenues of just under £31m in 2022 (23m in 2021).

The company also said it has net cash of £8.4m and no borrowings.

OnTheMarket is the third member of the UK's big three portals, alongside Rightmove and Zoopla, with OTM the only member that is agent-owned and run.

The portal has announced a number of partnerships in recent months to increase its footprint, including flexible office listings and the launch of an automated valuation model product for lettings agents. The company has also offered a golden handcuff deal to some of its most senior partners to keep them in the company for the next few years.
