OnTheMarket has informed agents that OnTheMarket Software, formerly teclet, will cease operations after just two years.

The decision has likely been sent from on high by CoStar's leadership, which is still in the process of rolling out its own strategy after buying OnTheMarket last year.

OnTheMarket Software will cease operations on 30 June 2025, with all services becoming unavailable after that date.

OnTheMarket Software includes TecLet, an automated pre-tenancy and property management platform; TecCRM, A CRM platform for sales, lettings, client accounting and property management systems; TecHub, an extension of TecLet and TecCRM that allows users to transact digitally 24/7 for client accounting; and TecWeb, a web content creation solution.

A spokesperson told Property Industry Eye:

"Following a strategic review of our business, the difficult decision has been made that OnTheMarket Software will cease operations as of 30 June 2025. All contracts will be fulfilled, and the team will continue trading as normal until then. We remain committed to ensuring this transition is as seamless as possible for our agents."
