OnTheMarket is the sole property portal to be featured in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work.
A nationwide workplace survey that honours Britain's top employers, the Sunday Times awards recognise employers across six key drivers of employee engagement and workplace happiness.
OnTheMarket achieved employee satisfaction scores in excess of 90% for five of the six metrics and was subsequently named among 75+ businesses in the medium organisations category for companies with up to 250 employees.
90% of employees expressed Confidence in Management and voted equally as generously for Reward & Recognition (92%), Empowerment (93%), Wellbeing (92%) and Job Satisfaction (93%).
OnTheMarket's overall engagement score was 92%. As a point of reference, the average engagement score in the real estate industry was 75%.
Jason Tebb, Chief Executive Officer at OnTheMarket, said:
“We are delighted to have been recognised alongside other prestigious companies on the Sunday Times Best Places to Work List. At OnTheMarket we take immense pride in our workforce and believe that by empowering our skilled and talented professionals the business will be stronger as a result, providing a better quality service to our customers.”
OnTheMarket continues to crank out the positive PR. Since the launch of OnTheMarket Software last summer, the portal has announced a slew of new partnerships, won a customer service award, launched the first majority agent-owned CRM, and retained its agent-owned status.
