Singaporean proptech platform, Ohmyhome, has been named one of the most efficient agencies out of 1,299 that have been ranked.

Ohmyhome's in-house agents have jumped the ladder to inhabit the top percentile when it comes to transaction volume. In fact, four of its agents are ranked among the top 10 agents in the entire country of Singapore. Onmyhome boasts being 38% more efficient in transacting HDB properties than its competition.

What's Ohmyhome's secret? The proptech firm pride's itself in putting continuous support of machine learning and how that effects its data. The result is greater accuracy when it comes to matching buyers with tenants and homeowners. Combining this with its advanced process automation allows Ohmyhome's agents to more successfully transact faster than what is considered the industry norm.

The figures are based on HDB flat resale transactions completed in 2019 gathered from the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) Public Register. Transaction figures by CEA are only for agent served HDB resales, it excludes DIY transactions happening through the Ohmyhome platform.

Rhonda Wong, CEO and Co-Founder of Ohmyhome, said:

“Technology will continue being at the forefront of what we do, it is the fastest way to get accurate and transparent property information and services into the hands of property owners. With that powering the engine of our fastest transactions, our agents get to focus their time on providing the best quality of services and expertise to homeowners who engage our agent services.

“As we embark on a new decade, we are more ready than ever to deliver results and quality services to our customers. Being customer-centric is the culture of Ohmyhome and we promise to continue developing innovative ideas, and bring better solutions to our customers.”

Ohmyhome's goal is to allow its in-house agents to help their clients complete transactions quicker, simpler, and more affordable all through a single DIY platform. Through the Ohmyhome dashboard, buyers can get an agent, receive mortgage advisory, complete conveyancing and more, making Ohmyhome one of Singapore's leading proptech solutions and a CEA-licensed real estate agency.
