Proptech startup Inzpec has officially launched its platform, which connects property buyers in New Zealand with trusted property inspectors. The company has also announced a strategic partnership with Trade Me, the country's leading online auction and classifieds website.
Inzpec, co-founded by Andre Leibovici and Jamie Kruger, aims to revolutionize the real estate industry in New Zealand by providing a simplified and efficient process for property due diligence. The platform's first service available now is property inspections, allowing buyers to order pre-purchase building reports with just a few clicks.
Jamie Kruger, co-founder of Inzpec and founder of real estate vertical site homes.co.nz, expressed his vision for a seamless process for property buyers and the significance of Inzpec's role in bridging that gap.
"During my journey with homes.co.nz, I always envisioned a seamless process for property buyers – a journey uninterrupted with having to navigate complex processes for a transaction,"
"With Inzpec, we are transforming the property landscape, making it more navigable, efficient, and ultimately more enjoyable for buyers and sellers alike."
The partnership with Trade Me, which boasts 650,000 daily visitors, marks a major milestone for Inzpec and positions the startup to make a significant impact on the New Zealand property market.
Glen Arvidson, Head of Product (Property) at Trade Me, said:
"We are excited to partner with Inzpec to simplify the property buyer due diligence process. Integrating Inzpec's pre-purchase services into our platform, to bring more efficiency, and convenience to the buyer experience aligns perfectly with our mission to simplify the property journey for buyers, sellers and industry."
Inzpec has plans to expand its service offering in the future, further solidifying its position as the premier platform for comprehensive property due diligence services.
