Wilmslow-based Equilibrium Asset Management, based out of Wilmslow in the UK, has recently debuted their new platform aimed at seeking, boarding, and retaining recruited talent.

The website displays information about the company's culture and current vacancies. It will also support the company's Vivid Vision 2021 and its goal of boosting headcount to a record high of 110 within two years.

Managing Partner Gaynor Rigby said: "We believe that culture's just as important as pay and benefits when attracting and retaining staff. This new dedicated website gives the talent out there a much clearer picture of our working culture."

As part of the recruitment drive, Equilibrium has also created an internal training academy to develop its talent. Once staff have been at the company for 12 months, they can apply to join.
