A new property portal dedicated to helping renters find the best Build-to-rent properties in their area has launched.

Your Place is founded by the team behind Ideal Flatmate, Tom Gatzen and Rob Imonikhe, and the platform will feature pre-approved properties as well as offering amenities including management services, concierge facilities and co-working areas.

Your Place is specifically aimed at professionals aged 25-35 living who work in urban locations. Users can search available properties including fitters for properties with gardens, vegetarian households, LGBT friendly homes and short-stays (between 1-3 months).

On the letting side, Your Place helps Build to Rent developers fill their properties as soon as they come to market. Big names including Grainger, Dandara and Get Living are already on board.

Tom Gatzen, co-founder at Your Place, said:

“The [UK Build to Rent} sector is currently small in comparison to the US and rest of Europe, but this is fast changing as the housing market continues to shift towards people renting well into their 30s.

“Our goal is to help as many young professionals move into this new brand of rental properties with their extra amenities and benefits for the modern renter.”

Your Place has 57 homes available to rent on launch day, including listings in and around London, Manchester, Leeds and Bristol.
