MuaBanNhaDat.vn - one of Vietnam's fastest growing Real Estate Portal - relaunches its online presence with state-of-the-art technology and services

After a four-week open beta phase, the new MuaBanNhaDat (MBND) platform is now live: with fundamentally new technology, new state-of-the-art services and an attractive modern web design. During the open beta phase, the users' assessment was clearly positive.

The revamped MuaBanNhaDat platform is based on a fundamentally new technological framework. Website structure, user interface and database have been set up completely new and are now based on cutting-edge technology. Products and services for the Vietnamese real estate industry as well as for users have been significantly improved and the website design has been relaunched.

Lead Generation with Call Tracking

MuaBanNhaDat is now the first real estate platform in Vietnam offering active lead generation via call tracking. The MBND platform can now provide its customers with the exact number of calls their agents have received, the duration of the call and also the number of missed calls.

Listing Subscription for Real Estate Agencies

MuaBanNhaDat now offers three different listing packages to its customers: Diamond, Gold and Silver. At different price points, with different durations (three, six and nine months) and entitlements to cater best to customer's needs. Independent of the size of the Real Estate Agency, MuaBanNhaDat has a solution for all of them. The new packages include:

• A predefined number of listings on a slot basis, meaning the minute one property is sold, it can be easily replaced by a new one without any additional costs.
• A business directory for each customer, to which all listings of a Real Estate Agency are linked and where the potential buyer can find more information about the Real Estate Agency.
• A business page with more detailed information about the Real Estate Agency.
• Each subscription account has multiple user accounts, so that Real Estate Agencies can give their agent`s own accounts to manage and sell their properties - all under the same company account.

Mortgage Calculator

It is a new product specifically for the banking customers of MuaBanNhaDat. When buying a house or an apartment, one of the most important decision criteria are the mortgage loan offering and conditions of the banks. The new MuaBanNhaDat mortgage calculator offers a comparison of all mortgage loan options in the market at a glance. In addition, the MuaBanNhaDat connects the potential buyer directly with the bank. The MuaBanNhaDat mortgage calculator is a new additional service, which makes the process of buying a house or apartment more transparent and faster.
