Microsoft and ESIC Business & Marketing School have collaborated in the second edition of Student 4.0, an initiative aimed at training and favoring the incorporation of the best digital talent into the labor market.
With this collaboration, Microsoft and ESIC seek to provide students with the best training in the latest business trends and technologies, giving them the skills necessary to succeed in the digital era.
Thanks to Student 4.0, young people have been able to obtain various official Microsoft certifications , which help them to better face their professional future and improve their chances of finding a qualified job in the technology sector.
30 young graduates and with employment in Microsoft partners
This second edition of Student 4.0 together has been focused on the formation of three different profiles: Group Finance, Group Logistics, and Developers Group to implement Dynamics 365, the management platform Microsoft's cloud.
A total of 41 young people, students and former students of the business school have graduated, who have obtained a complete training thanks to the Microsoft learning partner, Gadesoft.
They have obtained the official certifications MB6-895 Financial Management in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and MB6-896 Distribution and Trade in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, which qualify them for their jump to the labor market.
Of those 41 young people, 30 are already joining the main Microsoft partners that have participated in the program, such as Aitana, Atos, Axazure, Avanade, Cosmo, IFR, Indra, IBM, Prodware and ViewNext. In this way, these companies are also helped to hire resources with profiles increasingly demanded and difficult to find due to lack of adequate training.
In the coming months, the business school and Microsoft plan to extend the training and official certification of Dynamics 365 to some of the undergraduate courses taught by ESIC.
