Meilleurs Agents has established itself over time as the leading player in online real estate valuation.
So its new marketing campaign “Everything starts with a good estimate”, is sure to be a hit around its home city of Paris. It’s a return to the basics for the company, which was founded in 2008 as a price estimation tool.
Meilleurs Agents will show off the new slogan across a poster campaign of 300 12m² posters across Paris’ metro system and inner suburbs—3600m² of comparative advertising that pokes some friendly fun at fabricated competition. The company has even gone as far as creating real websites for the fake competitors.

“The context has changed a lot since the creation of Meilleurs Agents. Today, it is not complicated to make an estimation tool. What is complicated, however, is to make a fair estimate.
“When I started almost 15 years ago, we had 4 doctors and 5 doctoral students in the team. Today, the data team includes 45 people! Since its launch, Meilleurs Agents has made enormous investments in data, price maps, and expertise. We have unparalleled expertise in real estate economics'.
“The median estimate error of our valuations against final transaction value in 2021 was just 6%.”
Meilleurs Agents was purchased by AVIV Group, one of the world’s largest real estate tech companies and a subsidiary of Axel Springer, in 20XX. AVIV Group’s real estate portfolio boasts the likes of Group SeLoger (also France), Immowelt (Germany) and Immoweb (Belgium). Other names include Housell in Spain and Yad2 in Israel.
