HireRight, a leading provider of global employment background checks, drug testing, education verification, and electronic Form I-9 and E-Verify solutions, announced earlier its attendance at the inaugural 2019 HR Life Sciences Conference in La Jolla, California.

Debuting this year, the HR Life Sciences Conference will be hosted by Worldwide Business Research and will bring together senior HR professionals with industry professionals at leading pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies to share how they are leveraging new tools and cutting-edge solutions to stay ahead of a rapidly changing life sciences industry. The conference will focus on how the rapid rise of digital technology and shifts within the larger healthcare industry are fueling organizations to build strategies that prioritize finding, engaging and developing new talent.

Mary O’Loughlin, Senior Vice President of Growth Verticals at HireRight, and William Dobbins, Security Manager for Global Security Investigations at Amgen, will be hosting a collaborative roundtable discussion on “Unlocking the Potential of Global Background Screening Through Collaboration,” on December 4 at 4:20 PM. These collaborative roundtables serve as an opportunity for attendees to brainstorm with their industry peers on how to identify and create solutions that address the human resources issues impacting their organizations.

“The HR Life Sciences Conference will provide a unique opportunity to connect with industry leaders that are working towards the common goal of creating a best-in-class approach to tackling the industry’s hiring and recruiting challenges,” said O’Loughlin. “I look forward to collaborating with our peers and helping shape solutions that move the needle in the life sciences industry.”

“With the growing global demand for talent in the life sciences industry, organizations must think critically about their strategies for building a strong talent pipeline,” said Guy Abramo, Chief Executive Officer at HireRight. “At HireRight, we understand the importance of building people-oriented recruitment and retention strategies that support long-term, strategic growth for our clients in the healthcare and life sciences industries. We are proud to be part of an event that is spearheading the meaningful and necessary discussions around innovation and transformation in the life sciences industry.”
