Malaysia Airlines' frequent flyer program launches hotel booking platform

Frequent flyer program to launch its own hotel booking platform to optimize the travel experience for its loyalty program members.

Enrich, the frequent flyer program of Malaysia Airlines has launched hotel booking platform to enhance its rewards for members.

In a recent statement, the carrier said Enrich members can now earn and redeem Enrich Miles for their hotel stays.

It added Enrich members can choose how they want to get rewarded, leveraging on a selection of over 400,000 hotel properties worldwide ranging from boutique hotels to international resorts.

Malaysia Airlines group Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer Lau Yin May said the airline would want to create more avenues to maximize Enrich members' travel and lifestyle experience. 

“With Enrich Hotels, our members can earn Miles for hotel bookings and use their Miles for free flight on Malaysia Airlines or for another free night stay,” she added.

With self-booking has become increasingly popular today, she said Enrich Hotel differentiates itself by providing miles rewards to drive usage and loyalty among our frequent flyers.
