This online lettings agency has been in operation for 12 years. Its next move? A newly opened High Street office.

Nantwich-based LetLord, founded in 2007 by a group of landlords who felt they could improve on the traditional lettings agency experience for customers, has now opened an office in Hartford.

Manager Wesley Heraty has told local media: “All of us are landlords and we started the business after we were all unhappy with the service that our agents were providing and we knew we could do better, especially when it comes to customer service.”

The new physical office soft-launched a week ago and the company says it’s been well received by customers and neighbouring businesses.

LetLord services range from £25, which gives advertising for one week on Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation; a notice on the agency website says: “When purchasing this package it is obligatory to use our client referencing service which is free to the landlord as it is paid by the tenant.”

A £75 package says: “Advertise your property in minutes on all major portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation, Sunday Telegraph, Mail Online and many more…”
