Landlord123's founders are starting the second phase with a Kickstarter campaign to raise part of the funds needed while offering backers up to 90% savings on new features.

A spin-off from local property portal Estate123.com, Landlord123 is the up-and-coming property management mobile app that landlords can use to safeguard their rental properties. The app aims to disrupt the proptech scene by providing an all-in-one solution to managing rental properties. While Phase One of Landlord123 allows landlords to create listings of their rental properties and receive real-time photo updates of their rental properties' condition from tenants, the new features in Phase Two will include:

  • Alerts
Users will receive notifications (a.k.a. Alerts) whenever an action is taken by the landlord or tenant.
  • Issue Management
Tenants will be able to submit reports about issues and the landlord will be immediately notified. The landlord can then proceed to acknowledge and fix the issue, or reject the reported issue. Based on the issue type and priority, landlords are given an estimated time period to resolve the issue. Once the issue is resolved, both the tenant and landlord can upload photos of any receipts or invoices to be used for claims and record purposes.
  • Multi-Language Support
Landlord123 will be available in 5 languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, and Thai.
  • Improved Look & Feel
A new and improved interface for the app will be launched to accommodate the new features and make it more user-friendly.
