Forbes has ranked Koya Leadership Partners as one of the top 25 executive recruiting firms on its “America’s Best Recruiting Firms” list for the third consecutive year. Additionally, Koya is the highest ranked executive search firm on the list that’s focused exclusively on mission-driven clients.

“It’s a tremendous honor to have made the esteemed Forbes Best Recruiting Firms list for the third consecutive year.  We are proud to not only be ranked among the top 25 firms again this year, but to also be the highest ranked firm focused exclusively on mission-driven clients,” said Koya Founder & CEO Katie Bouton. “Koya was founded on a single belief—the right person in the right place can change the world—and we’re deeply committed to our role of matching mission-driven clients with transformational leaders who are driving positive change.”

“The marketplace has evolved in recent years, and now, due to an abundance of open positions, many organizations are struggling to hire qualified staff at all levels. As the competition for talent grows, companies are relying on executive recruiters to help fill leadership and other positions. This means finding and placing individuals that are talented, but also fit in seamlessly with the organization’s culture and mission. This is where Koya excels,” Bouton explained. “We provide what clients and candidates want in an executive search firm: we’re mission-driven, we’ve built an extensive and impressive network of candidates, provide exceptional service, and prioritize diversity, equity and inclusion.  The Forbes honor is a true testament to the hard work and passion that we put into every search, every day.”

Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to determine the top 200 executive search firms that specialize in filling positions with salaries of at least $100,000. Forbes ranked the search firms based on feedback from thousands of recruiters, job candidates, and HR managers who have had recent experiences with recruiters. Companies with the most recommendations and highest evaluations ranked highest on the list.
