Juwai.com, a leading real estate portal for Chinese citizens looking to buy overseas, has signed a marketing contract with a number of agency networks totaling in almost 100,000 real estate agents. Both renewals of existing partnerships and new partnerships, include Berkshire Hathaway HomeServicesSurterre Properties, and Engel & Völkers Americas.

Having over 3,000 real estate professionals in the Americas, Engel & Völkers began collaborating with Juwai.com as long ago as 2017 and had signed a renewal late 2018.

"Juwai.com supports our network by getting our advisors' professional insights, properties and names in front of the right types of buyers, which is of great value to their clients and their individual business,” said Engel & Völkers Americas CEO Anthony Hitt.

“Our continued partnership with Juwai.com is an important element of our Extensive Domestic & Global Exposure ‘EDGE' platform which maximizes the exposure our advisors’ listings have to targeted buyers worldwide.”

Juwai.com Executive Chairman Georg Chmiel said, “I know the word is overused, but we really are honoured to have the best real estate networks in the world as our long-term partners. Chinese buyers invested more than $117 billion into global real estate in the most recent full-year data. We are proud to help our partners serve this valuable group of buyers and sellers.”
