OYO Technology & Hospitality Japan, provider of OYO LIFE, a short-term rental service recently partnered with LIFULL SPACE, a subsidiary of LIFULL Lifull Co. Ltd.

The union will enable individuals who are looking to store their luggage, to connect with companies which have available storage space.

According to the agreement, in the first month, LIFULL is to offer a shared-storage facility free of charge to OYO LIFE users, and later a rental trunk room at half the usual monthly fee, as it makes effective use of available space. The initial cost will be waved, and the luggage in the leased space will be covered by compensation service.

LIFULL also owns two additional rental services which are operated by its subsidiary, LIFULL Space, one for motorcycle parking and the other for conference room leasing.

LIFULL’s core service is Homes.co.jp, a leading real estate website in Japan with overseas businesses in Spain, Barcelona-based Trovit, a free search engine for classified ads, and Madrid-based Mitula Group, a leading digital classifieds group operating classifieds vertical search and portals sites.
