The creators of Instawork have finally unveiled their flagship product: an on-demand staffing app debuting across Las Vegas, growing the $30 million tech to multiple major markets in the U.S. alongside a new office opening.
With one of the nation’s largest hospitality and tourism industries, Las Vegas presents the most logical market for Instawork’s expansion.
The app works as a gig marketplace and helps residents find work fast as well as employers find quality workers.
The company says that Instawork is preferred by its users because of the flexibility and higher pay, saying that the average Las Vegas shift found on the app yields $100 for the user.
For employers, the app is a great opportunity to find talent quickly as well as manage and schedule a flexible workforce.
Bryce Krausman, owner of DW Bistro and Instawork’s Founding Partner in Las Vegas, says, “Instawork has transformed how we find quality professionals to help our restaurant thrive. Having the confidence that you can find quality help from a trusted source like Instawork is invaluable, ensures our restaurant is running smoothly and ultimately helps keep our patrons happy.”
