The leading real estate company in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, ImmoScout24, has purchased 100% of property and finance advice portal, immoverkauf24

Immoverkauf launched in 2011 with the goal to connect property owners with brokers. There has been an increasing number of portals that go the same route. Competitors of immoverkauf24 include Hausgold, Homeday, and McMakler

Looking to advance further into the broker sector, ImmoScout24 chose immoverkauf24, saying it is the perfect addition to its own selection of products. With this acquisition, property owners can be in control of their own home valuation and be connected to suitable agents to help them cinch the best deal possible.

ImmoScout24 is making huge strides right now. To read more about their current finances, check out our summary of its parent company, Scout24's most recent Annual General Meeting
