Immobiliare.it Links Listings Packages for Spanish Portals Pisos.com and Indomio.es

Following the acquisition of the Spanish real estate portal Pisos.com last month, Immobiliare.it has announced that it has combined listing packages for Pisos with Indomio.es, a portal it already owned and operated in the Spanish market prior to the acquisition.

In a post shared on LinkedIn via the Indomio España account the company said that both portal's services could now be contracted together, though it did not specify if any previously existing listing packages have been changed or if posting on both portals was now mandatory for customers. The post also promised to share more news about Pisos and Indomio union soon.

Immobiliare.it announced the €22.5 million deal to buy Pisos.com from the media group Vocento last month, saying that the move would allow it to "offer tailored solutions for an evolving market, better supporting both home seekers and real estate agencies."

In the Spanish market, the newly formed alliance between Pisos and Indomio competes with Adevinta-owned Fotocasa and market leader Idealista. Both portals are now part of a wider group of European real estate marketplaces under the Real Web parent company, which includes Immobiliare.it (Italy), Spitogatos (Greece), Crozilla (Croatia), and Nepremicnine.net (Slovenia).
